Help: Help System Home Page

This is the Help System Home Page

 

For online help for any website page or popup screen you are currently looking at, click the Help icon.
  • For web pages, the help icon is located in the "Page Tools Widget" that is displayed either as a grey floating tool, or as a slide out widget at the right edge of the screen. 
  • In popup screens, the help icon is displayed in the top border of the screen.
     
  • At the bottom of all help screens, you can click the See Also links for related help screens.   
     
  • You can click the drag the bottom right corner of a help screen  to the right to widen it for easier viewing.
     
  • Here are a couple of additional links covering general topics and tech tips: 
     
  • For Additional Assistance: 
     
    • Members can download the User Manual at the bottom of their Profile screen. 
       
    • Administrators & Coordinators can view the Video Tutorials located on the Support tab in Control Panel. 
       
    • Administrators & Coordinators can download the Administrator Manual from the Support tab in Control Panel. 
       
    • Village websites can download the Village Special Features Manual from the Support tab in Control Panel. 
       
    • Administrators & Coordinators can use the ClubExpress Administrators Forum (to discuss issues and ideas with the ClubExpress support team and other club administrators.  This forum can be accessed at the bottom of the Support tab in Control Panel and at the bottom of the Forums main screen (only administrators will see it there).
